Open Access HallOERween Week 2018

Kapiʻolani Community College put on a HallOERween scare event to spook students into awareness of the collegeʻs Textbook Cost: $0 program and the wonders of Open Access! Student Congress pitched in, setting up a Textbook Cost Zero information table outside the library and sending students to our hOERrible display of public domain films, Open Stax textbooks, and scary candy.
